Privacy notice for conference contact exchange

This page explains what happens to your email address when you share it with us at a conference or event.

Who we are

What we collect and why

• Your email address, used to send you our company deck and contact details, and to follow up with you about Apptastic's services (rewarded ads, mobile media buying, search arbitration, AI automation).
• A reference code identifying which team member you met, and basic technical data (device user agent), so we know who to route your conversation to.

Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or at most 24 months after our last contact with you.

Who processes it

Data is stored with Google Cloud (Firebase, EU region) and emails are delivered via our email service provider. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent, and request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Just email hello@apptastic.mobi or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
